Outside of my family- which grew last year to include this adorable bundle pictured with me- wedding planning is one of the biggest joys in my life. I find myself on consult calls thinking "reel it in- you are wayyy too pumped about this."
But, the truth is I love everything about what I do! Vendor matchmaking, design, budget spreadsheets (yes, even those), timelines, and organizing every last detail, I thrive on it. I build relationships with my couples and put all my focus into making each dream day a reality.
I love introducing people to the islands I call home. I love helping my couples achieve a simplistic planning process. I still tear up at every ceremony. I love knowing I'm helping take what can be a stressful day and turning the focus to only the happy moments.
I work tirelessly to make sure my couples have a wedding day, not only they, but their guests will never forget.
Yes, the work can be stressful, but the end result is always worthwhile.
I get to be part of making dreams a reality, of watching two people start their life together. I get to hear stories of each couple's past and how their relationship came to be. I get to watch some of the best memories, of so many people's lives, happen.
I truly have the best job on earth.
